 It's not the first time she's been sent away on a mission. It's the first time she's been away quite this long-- a whole month-- but they've adjusted, somewhat, to having to be away from one another for more extended periods of time.

Coming back, of course, always has them caught up in moments of passion as soon as they have a moment alone. She begs off fully taking her shirt off the first week back, says her shoulder's healing. She knows he worries about it, but she's gotten very good at using kisses and her hands as distraction techniques.

And then, towards the end of her second week back, Edgar will come back to find his girlfriend most certainly shirtless and waiting contentedly in his bed for him. Her lips will curl up in a somewhat wanton smile as she holds a hand out to him.

"Surprise, mon lion."

"'xactly," she answers, shifting closer to him contentedly as his hands squeeze around her hips. Her hand moves from his chest to around his waist as her lips follow his, "Make it memorable."

More than it likely already will be.

"In a minute, though."

Surely it will be just as good to find the camera later. Not strictly in a minute, perhaps, but certainly after they've spent some time enjoying being actually completely naked together.

And after he's gotten to properly see that tattoo moving on her bared skin.

"Just a minute?"

It's entirely teasing as her fingers start to linger on his zipper. It's murmured low against his lips as she kisses him with a little more passion.

"'nd here I thought I was in for a lot more'n that."

Taking photos hadn't been her only idea, after all.

Then again, judging by the way he's touching her, she has a feeling those ideas are going to come into fruition one way or another.

His teeth nip affectionately at her throat, fingers sliding lower.

"First of many minutes."

They've got all night, after all.

"Good."

Her lips brush along his jaw before her teeth catch at his ear, a pleased hum escaping her lips. Her hips shift contentedly in response to the touches as her own fingers drift, caressing lightly as they go.

"I love you."

She'll say it all night, likely, and she'll mean it every time.

It's always wonderful to hear. It's exactly what he wants to hear in moments like this--and in all the other moments they're together. It ties this in with all Rachel's other smiles and laughs and moments of being truly happy.

"I love you."

And he loves tangling up with her like this, murmuring the words against every inch of her skin.
